General Steps to Disable Browser Add-ons

Internet Explorer Integrated Pop-Up Blocker

Beginning with Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, pop-up blocking has been integrated into all versions of Internet Explorer (IE) and is enabled by default. To configure IE's pop-up blocking (except in the tiles way of Windows eight and 8.1):
